Treva is a lifelong resident of Richmond, bringing an in-depth understanding of the city’s historic neighborhoods and the unique character that makes Richmond so special.
With 11 years of experience in the Richmond market, she is known for building genuine relationships and delivering exceptional results. Treva has consistently ranked among Joyner Fine Properties’ Top 25 in 2024 and 2025 and has been recognized as a top producer since 2020. She takes pride in guiding her clients through every step of the process—whether strategically marketing and selling a home or helping buyers find and transform the perfect space.
Outside of real estate, Treva is a graduate of Radford University, where she earned a B.S. in Fashion Merchandising. A self-proclaimed foodie with a serious sweet tooth, she enjoys exploring Richmond’s vibrant restaurant scene and is passionate about the arts, volunteering at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts. She also serves on Joyner Fine Properties’ Community Outreach Committee and enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her beloved dogs.
